8 THINGS TO HATE, FEAR, OR LOATH ABOUT ME

My darling Ninnuh,
are you sure you want to know 8 things about me doll?
I'm confident that if you look hard enough you will find there is something about me that will piss off everyone.
1-I take life seriously.
I make no excuses for my over developed survival instincts and desire to protect those I love and total strangers from the evil in men, in the same way Thomas Jefferson did, meaning I, like he believed you should "Be polite, be professional and have a plan to kill everyone you meet".
I live my life in "Condition Amber".
In my youth I have been stoned (rocks not drugs) knifed, shot and blown up, so I not only have an appreciation for the value of life but I have no desire to go thorough months of rehab again, so I am always aware of my environment and potential threats to myself and others around me. The last 2 mugging attempts made in Atlanta, on me did not go very well for the perpetrators and they ended up looking down the wrong end of my weapon.
2- I am compassionate.
I did not kill the 2 ghetto thugs who tried to mug my girlfriends and myself even thought when they pulled their knives and I pulled my HKP7 it would have been legal & justifiable to kill these 2 urban cockroaches. I did briefly explain exactly what I could have done to them while they were staring at the muzzle, but after they wet themselves in front of the 3 girls and myself, I could only take their knives and laugh. Debbie my girlfriend at the time, at the time started laughing at them the second they pulled the knives; she knew what was coming next, as she was also armed with Fred. Yes she named the 357 magnum I bought her.
3- I help friends and strangers.
I am agnostic so I do not attend church, I believe in helping on a more personal basis. Many of my friends on my myspace know how helpful I can be as I help my friends as needed with my time, advice, a shoulder to cry on ( just for the girls OK I do not want a bunch of sissy guys I know to start crying on my shoulder) money & love. I have sent several hundreds of dollars to people I have never met (online buddies) when Christmas would have come and gone and their small children would have been missed due to mom & dads poor planning. I have offered work references to many to help them gain employment, offered $500 per day jobs as contract labor to some on my MySpace friends list, so they could pay off some debts, I have spent hundreds of hours and sleepless nights chatting or on the phone with a few friends who were down on their luck and saw no point in living any longer. My current tally is 6 suicide preventions, as I have seen first hand with my late brother how devastating and unnecessary this is when someone sees no reason to live, so I feel compelled to be their lifeline if they will let me. 4 of the 6 have thanked me repeatedly for my support and assistance telling me were it not for my time and effort with them, they would no longer be here, and the other 2 have are not ready to admit they wee that close as it likely terrifies them but they are doing much better and can see options now they were unable toes in the tunnel vision of deep depression and hopelessness. As for my reward, doing the right thing is its own reward but hearing them express their gratitude is a feeling of compassionate achievement few will ever embrace or revel in, it makes all the sleepless nights seem worth it and gives me a swell of pride in myself as a man.
4 - I also help complete strangers when I find them in life threatening situations.
About a dozen times I have helped those locked out of their cars, some with infants in them (proof of car ownership required). I have broken into several houses when my neighbors were locked out, in light of my past I can only smile when they tell me how easy I made that task look.
I have risked my life several times in efforts to save the life of others who were in danger of imminent death. Several of those I helped were complete strangers to me.
One such person was a Nitrogen narcosis drunk SCUBA diver who exceeded her deep dive time and was literally drunk on Nitrogen in her system. I was at a deep quarry in AL with aa dive buddy and when we hit the water there was aa group of divers talking about a fellow diver that was missing. They were doing a deep dive for certification and they were 1 diver short and they had made a quick search and could not find the diver so they all surfaced to get some help. We looked at the surface of the pool and could see no bubbles which would indication a diver still breathing somewhere underneath us, but the pool was hundreds of yards in diameter so it was possible they could still be breathing but not near the entrance where the docks were. I looked at my dive buddy and asked if he was ready to do a deep one to look for the diver, he nodded and under we went.
About 10 minutes into the dive we saw bubbles a long distance from the entry point ahead of us, moving forward and down much deeper we found her on the bottom, far past recreations dive limits at about 150 feet deep, we signaled to her that we needed to surface, she did not respond, she had a goofy look in her yes and seemed out of it, so we grabbed her arms and slowly ascended to the surface, she fought my dive buddy & I all the way to the surface while we were rescuing her from herself. We fought with her the entire 15 minutes in deco at 20 ' and then at 10' and when we surfaced we handed her off to the paramedics where were called out. She had been missing for about 10 minutes when her dive buddy reported her loss and could not locate her. The police S&R divers were happy to see a live one saved for a change, although they did tell us how dangerous it is for non-professionals to try to rescue someone. Did not get a name of the female diver and not a "thanks" from her. Doing the right thing is its own reward.
My then GF Debbie and I were returning from my parents home in Peachtree Corners in Norcross one night in her Lemans. I was returning from my parents house after showing them my first machine-gun (yes they are legal here in GA, just a $200 tax), it was dark and out of the darkness came a girl running to our car standing in front of it to stop us. I locked the doors just in case this was a hijack attempt and waited for her to explain what was going on. She was screaming they are killing him, please help him. Her face was beat up and she was bleeding from her mouth. I told her I would try to help him then I drove past a cargo van on the left shoulder of the road and as I passed it sure enough Debbie and I saw a guy laying on the side of a road getting beaten by 5 guys with axe handles in the darkness. The 5 guys were beating the snot out of this guy. As it was night I turned the car about 50 yards from them and pulled over on the side of the road behind them shining my lights on the van and the activity. I already had my concealed carry (licensed) Glock 19 on my hip, so I gave it to Debbie in case she needed it (she is really good with a pistol) I unzipped my new Uzi case and inserted a loaded 32 shot magazine cocked the charging handle to the rear and it locked the bolt open, I flipped off the safety, then stuffed 2 more loaded mags in my back pockets just in case. I then stepped out between them and Debbie car high beams that were on them so they could not see anything behind me or if I had others with me. When they saw me 3 of them started running in my direction holding the axe handles over their head, providing me what I believed was an imminent threat to my life. A short burst of full auto fire from the Uzi into the ground to my side stopped them in their tracks and they all got into the van and drove away. His beat-up girl ran over to him and Debbie & I went over to see how badly beaten up he was injured. Turned out it was he who beat up her and her brothers decided to show him what it feels like to be beaten up.
Minutes later we heard sirens and saw blue lights flashing , it was the police who had been called by her or they were likely responding to full automatic weapons fire from my Uzi. As I saw the cars approaching, I placed my new Uzi on the ground at my feet to make sure the responding officer did not feel threatened and see me with a manchine-gun in my hands. He parked his car on the shoulder and approached me to talk with me. In the process of asking me what happened near the end of my explanation he moved to look back over his shoulder at another police car responding and he stepped on my Uzi, looking down with his light he saw a machine-gun laying in the grass, he looked at me and asked me if this was mine, I responded yes, then he asked if it is legal, I again responded Yes, I just received the tax stamp for class 3 NFA transfer of ownership, and he told me to quickly put it into my vehicle before his sergeant arrived on the scene as that was an unnecessary complication. I watched as the EMTs who arrived tried to help the boyfriend laying on the ground, he had 2 broken arms, most of the fingers in his hands were broken, and likely several broken ribs and almost no teeth as they hit him in the mouth several times with the axe handles knocking most of his teeth loose, he was bleeding everywhere, but was refusing any medical assistance to go to the hospital. The officers told him if he refused medical assistance they were going to arrest him for domestic assault and battery as he had hit his GF several times and she had blood and bruising on her face. So reluctantly to avoid getting arrested he agreed to be taken to the hospital for medical assistance.
5 - I am playful and enjoy humor.
Aside from my gargantuan ego, razor sharp wit and fabulous articulation with the written language,(no self-esteem problems here) I am a very playful individual. I enjoy online gaming with my VR buddies several of whom I have me and are some of the best friends I have ever made, really good people. Some of my posts to them and several of my forum posts are better than most of what is on Saturday Night Live. When I was young I played cards, chess and any other game I could find. Now I prefer to play one game and have been playing Ghost Recon, Halo, Halo2, Rainbow Six, for about 5 years online now in its many new versions. GRAW 2, or Ghost Recon Advanced Warrior, a Tom Clancy game of strategy and very realistic simulated combat.
6 - My views on religion may be different than most.
I am spiritual and I believe in a Creator a first cause if you will, in the same context that many of the Founding Fathers of the United States. If you read the Federalist Papers you will learn of the fear of the having any organized religion in any way associated with the state that was held by those who created this country.
They believed the priest has always been the right hand of the tyrant through history.
I believe our nearly universal belief in a Creator should bring man together not tear us apart.
I agree with Thomas Payne in his treatise on religion "The Age of Reason" and strongly recommend it's reading for any who are seriously looking for truth, not doctrine. He offers that any true religion would not hide behind the veil of "mystery, faith and miracle", and any religion that employs those excuses is not about God but about control.
I believe it is Organized Religion that is at the root cause for most of our histories problems, wars hatred and strife.
Religious doctrine is the word of man, it is not the word of God, deal with it or hide from reality behind "Faith, Miracle & Mystery" the trilogy of deceit. Man being human has flaws, bias, agendas and objectives for thy fellow man
That does not mean that I do not respect someone right to do as they wish as long as it does not adversely affect others (Libertarian core belief) while several organized religions have been a force for good deed to thy fellow man, many have contributed greatly to help the suffering and make life better for others in other lands and they deserve respect for their noble deeds. As a formerly confirmed Catholic I was very disappointed by the Popes inaction over the gay priest pedophilia scandals. Never was there a clearer opportunity to stand up for the innocent and protect children from evil deeds perpetrated on them by gay priests. He had every opportunity to demonstrate that the Catholic religion was determined to protect innocent children from gay priests, but alas, he stonewalled investigations and used the power of religion t protect the guilty. The Catholic religion is about power and money and it always was.
There is one religion that is at the root of so much hatred, intolerance, death, destruction and suffering for more than 10 centuries that it must be stopped if mankind is to continue to exist and human civilization is to advance.
The gift of the Creator is universal, and can be shared and enjoyed by all. Every time I gaze into the heavens at the awesome scope and magnitude and know all this was given and were blessed with the gift of free will to do as we wish as long as we follow a few basic rules or what I like to call the "True Words of God". Those rules if you will, are the only known rules set by our Creator that regulate our enjoyment of this gift. There are no doubt, many more, but we have yet to rise to a state of awareness to recognize them. So as of now, the only words of "True Words of God" are what we know as the Laws of Physics.
7 - Favorite leisure activity
My idea of relaxing is SCUBA diving in the FL Keys or deep sea fishing on a chartered ship with lots of family and friends. I have always loved the water and try to enjoy it every chance I can. When I cannot be enjoying the water, I can kill some time at any outdoor range. Formal range is OK, but I prefer silenced weapons only in the woods against the bottom of a large hill, so we can shoot tennis balls or cans. I prefer targets that move so you can practice quick acquisition of targets for multiple shots. "Kill house" full movement ranges would be cool but most a LEO only.
8 -Smoking, Drugs, Prostitution & Gambling
As a Libertarian I support ( not respect) the right of an individual of legal age to do as they wish in their own privacy as long as it in no negative way affects others. Meaning, if you want to smoke, do recreations drugs, prostitute your body for consensual sex for money and gamble than you should be permitted to do so. I also support the "Rule of Law" that governs this nation, so I know most of the above is not legal.
Personally I view :
Those that drink to excess as weak gutless fools,
Those that smoke are stupid and cancer is nature's way of thinning out the weak,
Those who require drugs to make it through the day as pathetic losers,
Those who gamble & buy lottery tickets as "math challenged" morons.
The prostitutes are the only ones I have sympathy for as they are earning a living.
That may give you a little more insight to the twisted personality who replies to your posts on occasion.
